I think this is the most impressive company I have dealt with since moving to Ohio. A couple of years ago, our boiler heater died in the winter, and we needed to replace it urgently. Forquer sent out a wonderful person named Kurt (“the” project manager, I believe?) who gave us a very reasonable quote for this major replacement. Everything was supposed to go smoothly, but due to a manufacturing defect with the new boiler (and all of the region’s supply being similarly affected), my installation ended up getting delayed. What should only have been a few days’ delay ended up being several weeks because the manufacturer unreasonably slow-walked a response after being provided with notice of their defect. Seriously, the nerve. Fancy putting a defective product into the universe and not feeling any sense of urgency to offer up a remedy? Anyway, during this completely unnecessary delay, we had a freeze, and of course, pipes burst throughout the house. It was a fiasco, frankly. Despite the fact that this unfortunate circumstance was 100% the fault of the manufacturer’s incompetence and arrogance,  Forquer took complete responsibility for this situation. And I mean, they TOTALLY took care of us. Forquer ended up performing all of the repairs to my house caused by the damage, free of charge. Not only did they replace burst pipes, but they even repaired damage to the ceiling of my garage. Thank you, but wow (and yikes)!! Honestly, I really felt sorry for Forquer, as I can only imagine that they suffered a net loss on our project, due to no fault of their own. Every single employee of the company who came to my house was highly professional and skilled, and they seemed genuinely happy to be working at Forquer. (Also, they were SUPER sweet to my cats, which is very important!) I really cannot say enough nice things about Kurt. He kept in contact with me the entire process via phone and email, and he was so kind and truly empathetic. He seemed more like a concerned family member, rather than someone from an HVAC company~ lol. Overall, I can’t think of a company that has more integrity than Forquer. Just wanted to add that I’m sorry to Forquer for posting such a late review! Actually, I thought I wrote one already, but I can’t find it in my history. (Maybe I wrote one on a different acc? Oops?) Just wanted to add that our boiler is working great. In fact, it somehow works better year after year. Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and we reached out to Forquer due to their 24/7 emergency service.  We spoke with a very nice dispatcher who connected us with a technician soon after and he was able to come to our home to address the problem very promptly, even given that we live in a more rural and remote area.  Ryan was our technician and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and transparent, and equipped with all the tools, meters, and parts to complete the job and gave us a great education along the way. We had a heating issue last week, 2/26/25. The tech came out the next day and found the issue. Given the options of spending 1k on 22 YO furnace or purchasing a new furnace, we went with the new furnace. And it was installed in less than 24 hours. I cannot say enough good things about Logan and Nathan. They were both very professional and informative. They installed a new furnace and water heater in just a few hours. I came home to no heat at 2:30pm. I called Forquer Heating & Air, by 3:10 the technician had called & arrived by 3:15. The part I needed was not in stock , but he and the company kept searching. They were able to find the part within 17 minutes of my home. He drove there and back and then realized they didn’t include something, so he had to make another run to local hardware store. From start to finish was less than 2 1/2 hours from my initial call ( including the two separate runs he had to make) and my heat was fixed at reasonable price. He also kept me informed of everything at every step of the way, including costs , and evaluated overall condition of furnace. Mostly though I appreciated his kindness, honesty, politeness. He never talked down to me. He was quick and efficient. Truly appreciated him and the entire team.
