That is why we discuss so many different topics here on our blog to help everyone find the information they need!
Today, we are talking about dual fuel HVAC Systems.
What is a Dual Fuel System?
A dual fuel heating system is an alternative way to heat your home or business in order to keep energy costs lower. They work with heat pumps, which absorbs the warm air from outside and brings it inside.
Though this form of heating is efficient, the downfall is that it can only work within certain temperatures. If it is too cold outside, the heat pump will not be effective.
This is where the “dual fuel” aspects comes into play. These heat pumps work in conjunction with your furnace. So, when it is too cool outside, you will need to use your furnace.
