What Is Included
For A Gas Furnace We:
- Clean and check all burners
- Clean and check the pilot
- Check all controls
- Check filters
- Oil all motors
- Check thermostat operation
- Inspect the flue
- Perform a safety check the heat exchanger
- Thoroughly test for carbon monoxide readings not only around the furnace, but in certain areas of the home using the Bacharach Combustion Analyzer. This will show us and you the exact parts per million reading of carbon monoxide in the home
- If we find the readings to be too high, we will discuss options to eliminate the issue
For An Air Conditioner We:
- Check the condenser
- Check the compressor
- Check the coil
- Check the overall operation
- Check the drain
- Check the motor
- Check the refrigerant charge
- Check thermostat operation
- Check the relays
- Check the breaker
- Check the temperature of the home
- Check the blower
Water Tank Maintenance (storage):
- Verify no water leaks from tank and connecting lines
- Drain water from tank to remove sediment
- Clean combustion air inlet with shop-vac and CO2
- Inspect pilot orifice and assembly, clean as needed
- For power vent: check igniter and clean flame sensor, check pressure switch and clear tube, check inducer motor and capacitor
- Perform heating startup and combustion analysis
- Verify proper draft and flue assembly
Tankless Water Heater:
- Check exchanger and pipe connections
- Perform full system descaling
- Remove and clean inducer blower
- Clean Combustion area
- Clean burners, igniter, and flame sensor
- Flush sediment and descaler from system
- Perform full system startup and verify operation
