THE SERVICE CALL PROCESS 

If you’re having an issue with your AC unit or furnace, the first thing to do is contact the professionals and get the problem evaluated to determine what’s going on. Give us a call during regular business hours, and one of the team members will be more than happy to assist you. If you end up calling after hours (after 4 pm), you’ll still be able to get the help you need! 

Our customers have asked us if we do free estimates in the past. Equipment estimates are 100% free of charge, but there is a service call fee if one of our mechanics comes out to diagnose a problem. The service call fee is $69. This covers the entire cost of having someone come out to you and give you a rundown of what is going on with your equipment. After you give us a call, we will set up a convenient time for one of our mechanics come out to your location and diagnose the problem. 

Our mechanics will thoroughly diagnose your problem and give you the information you need for next steps. They will quote you on a price for repairing your equipment, replacing it, or doing nothing. The choice is yours and what you think is best for you and your current situation. One thing is sure; our mechanics will be truthful and insightful on what your problem is and what needs to be done to move forward with any decision you choose.
