Over the years, we have been through many significant changes at Forquer Heating & Air Conditioning. Since the 1990s, the nature of business has changed dramatically.

THROUGH THE DECADES

Forquer Heating & Air Conditioning has been around since 1996. During this time, we were still conducting on-call emergency services. Back in the mid-90s, our professionals carried pagers and a pocket full of change. Our professionals would receive an alert on their pager and would then have to make their way to a phone booth to make a call and get sent to the location they were needed.

Our employees had books full of invoices and information from our clients back then. Those books would cover a large area within our facilities. But since the 90s and 00s, technology has advanced and allowed our industry to advance as well. 

Today, we use smartphones to take clients’ calls and iPads to get their receipts or invoice. With this technology and more, we’ve converted to a paperless route, making things easier for our customers and ourselves!
